With over ten years of experience in corporate environments, I’ve had the privilege of working inside some of the largest and most complex organizations. For nine years, I was immersed in the world of corporate systems, understanding how decision-making, team dynamics, and operational structures truly function from the inside. This experience shaped the foundation of everything I do today.
Before founding SMART AND TALENTED in 2016, I served as CEO of a large furniture company Dantone Home, where I led operational restructuring and strategic business development. That chapter gave me an even deeper understanding of leadership, scale, and the critical importance of the right support team.
When I created SMART AND TALENTED, I wanted to bring this knowledge into the world of executive support. Today, we operate in 37 countries, offering both virtual and on-site assistants to high-level entrepreneurs, executives, and global leaders. We’ve built a proprietary knowledge base that maps the inner workings of different industries and administrative systems — and every recruiter on our team is trained within this system. It’s one of our greatest assets and a key reason our matches are so precise.
I’ve personally consulted businesses of all sizes and advised leaders from various sectors. As a result, I deeply understand the real needs behind the job titles — and that allows us to build truly effective support structures around our clients.
Today, I’m proud to say that SMART AND TALENTED serves 41 Forbes clients, as well as government officials, ministers, and a head of state.
